KaamGuru is an online technology platform that merely facilitates connections between independent Hirers and Workers.

KaamGuru:

• Does not provide any work or services directly.
• Does not employ, supervise, or control any Worker.
• Is not a contractor, agent, partner, or employer of any User.
• Is not a party to any agreement entered into between Hirer and Worker.

KaamGuru functions strictly as an “intermediary” under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and claims safe harbor protection under applicable law.

2. NO GUARANTEE OF WORK QUALITY OR COMPLETION

KaamGuru does not guarantee:

• The quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any work posted.
• The credentials, background, experience, or reliability of any User.
• That any work will be completed.
• That any payment will be made or received.

All dealings are solely between Hirer and Worker at their own risk.

3. NO LIABILITY FOR DISPUTES

KaamGuru shall not be responsible for:

• Payment disputes
• Work quality disputes
• Personal injury
• Property damage
• Fraud, misrepresentation, or misconduct
• Any financial or consequential losses

Users agree that any dispute shall be resolved directly between Hirer and Worker without involving KaamGuru.

4. CONTACT INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

Upon acceptance of a work listing:

• Hirer’s contact details may become visible to the Worker.

Users acknowledge and consent to such disclosure.

KaamGuru shall not be responsible for misuse of contact information by any User.

5. USER-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLAIMER

All content, ratings, feedback, and listings are generated by Users.

KaamGuru:

• Does not pre-screen all content.
• Does not guarantee accuracy of information.
• Reserves the right to remove unlawful or inappropriate content upon receiving actual knowledge.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

KaamGuru shall not be liable for:

• Direct or indirect damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Loss of reputation
• Business interruption
• Personal injury

Use of the Platform is entirely at the User’s own risk.

7. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Any information available on the Platform does not constitute:

• Legal advice
• Financial advice

Users are advised to independently verify qualifications and suitability before engaging in any work arrangement.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES DISCLAIMER

KaamGuru may use third-party services including:

• OTP service providers
• Hosting providers
• Analytics services

KaamGuru shall not be liable for failures or breaches caused by such third-party services.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

KaamGuru shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Internet outages
• Cyber-attacks
• Technical failures

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Hansi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
